HEX is a monthly subscription service for women’s razors, offering high quality, thoughtful design, and environmentally friendly shaving products. Consumers can design their own customized razor and shave plan to meet their individual shaving needs each month.
Razor companies still using fear, shame, and sex appeal to sell their products while women consider shaving as an uncomfortable experience. They do it because of societal pressures rather than personal preference. In addition, it’s wasting money and affecting the environment by using plastic razors.
Changing the view that women are forced to shave, we consider it to be everyone's choice. Introduce long-term service, high durability, and environmentally friendly shaving products that turns shaving into an easy and fun experience.
I studied current razor marketplace and women shaving experience. I interviewed women of different ages and backgrounds about how they choose razor, what they experience, and what they like or dislike about shaving.
